  • 50 gr of soft wheat flour (type 400)
  • 120 gr of barley flour
  • 30 gr of integral wheat flour
  • 50 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 1/2 bags of dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 75 ml of yogurt
  • 30 gr butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon coffee spoon
  • Happy Honey raw honey

Sprinkle the yeast with lukewarm milk and leave a little to rest. In one pot, mix all kinds of flour, melted butter, salt, cinnamon. In the second vessel, foamy egg, yogurt, yeast with milk. Combine the masses and mix the smooth dough (here you may need some more flour). Make dough 1cm thick and take it out with a glass or mold. After that put dough in a mildly oiled baking tray (or coated with a baking sheet) and use dried egg with a pinch of cinnamon to put on the dough. Let it rise a bit, at least 20 minutes. Donuts bake on a heated baking tray at 220 degrees. Take care not to bake too much, because it won’t be soft.

Serve with Happy Honey raw honey to make them tastier! You can fill them with honey or just put honey on them. Enjoy!
